“As Yaron led the visualization I was struck by how calming and relaxing his voice was. I immediately felt safe; I felt relaxed; I felt I could let go into his voice while still be able to wake if I needed to. I remember traveling to an island, flying over the ocean, and being visited by a bird. The bird was a large Crane, but it was more elegant and beautiful than that. I’m looking for the bird now to know what it symbolizes. I traveling to the clouds and started cloud hopping. There I was visited by a dear friend who died 10 years ago. I wasn’t surprised to see him because I feel he is always watching over me, but it was still affirming to feel his presence. He gave me advice, to let myself enjoy life more, to intentionally practice beauty and frivolity. This is hard for me because I take myself and my life very seriously, I almost feel that following fun is a waste of time! And this is coming from a passionate fun-seeking woman! So this message from my friend was powerful for me because it tells me what I already know, that I must follow passion and fun with conviction, with action. It is the gift of the human experience – to choose, taste, move, see, listen, feel. I know this message is true for me because I can feel it resonate deep in my core. After traveling through the clouds we landed on a beach and looked for our message in a bottle. My message said, “It’s all about giving love.” Another powerful reminder. After the beach exploration, Yaron closed the visualization and brought us back into the room. It’s been two weeks since the Soul Journey and the message from my friend really sticks with me. I feel confident and encouraged to make changes to my life in the direction of more joy and frivolous fun, just because. Thank you Soul Healing Journeying and Thank you. Yaron.
